About ME
Thanks to my grandmother, I grew up surrounded by art galleries and philosophy, and enjoyed long walks through the romantic coastal landscape on the Baltic Sea in East-Germany. We often had an analogue SLR or Super 8 film camera with us. I did my first film editing at pre-school age using scissors and adhesive tape.
During my communicationdesign studies at the University of Wismar, I had the opportunity to learn from renowned photographer Wolfgang Knut Maron, documentary filmmaker Jochen Wisotzki, and advertising professionals Holger Jung and Jean-Remy von Matt.
I began my career at Markenfilm in Berlin, before co-founding the Berlin agency Wordliner GmbH. My better-known clients included RTL, Immobiliensout24, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Garmin.
Following the birth of my son, my wife and I decided to emigrate to Costa Rica, where we found a wonderful new home in Nuevo Arenal.
A love of nature and a joy in working with people are the constants in my work. Above all, it is important to me that you enjoy the photo shoot. The most wonderful photos are then taken along the way.
